Implementation & Evaluation

Implementation success depends on active engagement and inspired action in support of new strategies, processes, innovations, systems and structures. IPI supports results-driven and sustainable implementation by mixing continuity with innovation, as well as by partnering with clients to rapidly roll out strength-supporting improvements.
